Martial Arts Instruction
I teach fundamentals, routines, and partner training from the Dung Pihng Taai Gihk 東屏太極, the Chen Taiji 陳氏太极 and the Wudang 武当 schools, including fencing and empty handed partner practices.
I also teach Zhi Neng Qigong 智慧氣功.
I offer private lessons to individuals and to small groups.
Licensure
2004 - Sui Meing Wong 黃小名 granted me teaching licenses in Choi Leih Faht Kyuhn 蔡李佛拳, Dung Pihng Taai Gihk Kyuhn 東屏太極拳, and Zhi Neng Qigong 智慧氣功.
2005 - The late Kee Hong 熊景光 of the National Capital Wushu Research and Practice Centre 國家首都研究和修練中心 awarded me an honourary 5th Duan 五段 Yin Hu 银虎 or silver tiger rank.
2010 - I became a disciple of Chen Taijiquan 陳氏太极拳 expert Chen Zhonghua 陈中华.
2011 - I received a Qigong Teaching Certification from Ken Cohen of the Gao Han Qigong Xueyuan 高漢氣功學院.
